Mainstream Fitness Services

Aqua Fitness

Suitable for all people, classes are done mostly vertically and without swimming typically in waist deep or deeper water, providing benefits including strength, cardio and fat-loss improvements. Many different class formats include the use of  equipment and team work in an enjoyable atmosphere with music.

Body Conditioning (LBT)

Focusing on strength, muscular endurance and fitness conditioning, these classes will help to develop a strong and toned physique. Body conditioning classes involve a high energy, high impact workout, which typically involves a combination of aerobics and toning.

Circuit Training

The fast pace and constant switching between equipment and exercises tackles all the major muscle groups and combines strength training and aerobics in one session. You also get some important cv activity and sheer calorie burning effectiveness, all from one hard-working but very convenient class. That’s why it’s an altogether easier way to give yourself a compact full body workout in the shortest time. It’s also a great way of refreshing your exercise programme and adding plenty of variety to it.
